Authentic restoration
Historical buildings are often beloved for their character and the unique feeling they evoke. However, after years of use they require repairs, upgrades, and sometimes new additions. We have taken great pride in restoring old and historical buildings to new standards and outfitting them with new technologies, while maintaining the authentic historical feel of the buildings.
Experience includes
- Adding a new wing to an existing Birge Clarke home with the same design and feel
- Complete electrical overhaul of a Spanish-style commercial building

Reproduce a style
Creating a building that feels authentic and true to a style requires significant attention to detail and knowledge. We have experience with a number of styles and go the extra mile to research and bring in experts if necessary to ensure a quality and genuine result.

Custom fabrication
When the details matter most, off the shelf components and finishes often don't cut it. We have the in-house capabilities to create finished elements from wood, steel, concrete, plaster all out of our shop in Palo Alto, CA.
Examples include:
- Doors, cabinets, gates, windows, etc.
- Hand-hewn beams and carvings
- Poured concrete and plaster moldings and designs
